This is a wine that you can have with a t-bone, a ribeye and it’s going to hold up, so if you’re looking for a Red Blend that goes above and beyond, Intercept Red Blend is the one for you.”

Paso Robles

When making our Intercept Red Blend we targeted some of our favorite vineyards in Paso Robles. Petite Sirah and Zinfandel are at the heart of this blend highlighting two varieties that do well in Paso Robles. Each vintage we use Petite Sirah to add structure and Zinfandel for ripe fruit flavors. Vintage to vintage we will incorporate other varietals and districts highlighting the darkest, most concentrated wines of the vintage. Aged in French and Eastern European oak for 18 months.
