Enter Amanda Gorter, Interceptโs Head Winemaker and a native of Californiaโs Central Valley. After graduating from UC Davis with a degree in Biology and a Winemaking Certificate, Amanda spent years training under some of the industryโs best winemakers.ย ย

Together, Amanda and Charles develop each varietal to complement Charlesโ distinct preferences. He prefers medium-bodied Pinot Noir, a Cab with approachable tannins, and Red Blends with a long, lingering finish.
