The Intercept Crémant de Bourgogne Sparkling Wine is a light gold color with aromas of apricot and chestnut with notes of white flowers and honey. The wine is clean and full-bodied with bright fruit flavors and good balance between mellowness and acidity.
This is a perfect aperitif to enjoy on its own, but also pairs beautifully with seafood, fish, creamy blue cheese and fruit desserts. Best served 42°F-46°F.

  • Winemaking: 1st fermentation in stainless steel. 2nd fermentation in bottle with aging on fine lies for 14 months

BURGUNDY

Bourgogne, or Burgundy, is a primary winegrowing region in Eastern France – home to some of the world’s most admired Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wines. To make these wines crémant (Fizzy/sparkling) they follow the French Méthode Traditionnelle in which a second fermentation occurs in bottle, providing the bubbles synonymous with French sparkling wines.
